The Foyer & Reading Room
For many visitors to Claridge’s, the Foyer is the first thing that captures their imagination. In the centre of the room a striking Chihuly sculpture hangs like a chandelier. The walls shimmer with original art deco mirrors. Music drifts from the grand piano. It is here that breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea are served, as well as our inventive twists on classic cocktails.

Glad tidings we bring, with the unveiling of our new festive menus. Capturing the inimitable spirit of Claridge’s at Christmas, feasting unfolds in the shimmering art deco surrounds of The Foyer & Reading Room. And from the chilled champagne to freshly steamed pudding, expect a taste of tradition – with a signature twist – on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Eve.

English tradition at its finest. Dainty finger sandwiches, freshly-baked scones and delicate pastries, accompanied by specially-selected teas. From 7 November 2023 until 1 January 2024, we will be serving our Festive Afternoon Tea, from £105 per person during the week and £110 per person on Saturday and Sunday.
