Online reservations policy

The Foyer & Reading Room reservations 

We will reconfirm your reservation by text message 72 hours prior to arrival. You will have the option to either reply to confirm or call to cancel. If you have not confirmed your reservation 24 hours before booking, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and resell the table. 

A charge will only be incurred if you fail to arrive for your reservation without notice, or cancel your booking within 24 hours of your reservation. The amount that you will be charged is £50 per Adult for Lunch and £50 per Adult for Dinner and the full amount per person for afternoon tea bookings.

Adjustments to booking numbers can be made at any time at no extra charge, subject to availability.

We respectfully ask for guests to be ready to sit at the table at the indicated booking time. We would ask you to kindly notify the restaurant if you are delayed as we may release the table after 15 minutes of the reservation time.

Please be advised that you will have a seating time of 2 hours for afternoon tea.

Foyer private dining room reservations

Exclusive use bookings can be made up to two months in advance. Based on a minimum of 10 guests @ £90.00 per person.

A pre-payment/deposit of £90.00 per person will be taken at the time the reservation is made.

A charge will only be incurred if you fail to arrive for your reservation without notice, or cancel your booking within 48 hours of your reservation. The amount that you will be charged is £90.00 per person.

Adjustments to booking numbers can be made up to 24 hours in advance without charge. Anything less than 24 hours’ notice and the agreed numbers of guests will be charged @ £90.00 each

Claridge's Restaurant reservations 

We will reconfirm your reservation by text message 72 hours prior to arrival. You will have the option to either reply to confirm or call to cancel. If you have not confirmed your reservation 24 hours before booking, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and resell the table. 

A charge will only be incurred if you fail to arrive for your reservation without notice, or cancel your booking within 24 hours of your reservation. Parties of 5 guests or more cancelling within 24 hours will incur a cancellation charge of £50 per guest.

Please be advised that the following seating times apply: 1.5 hours for breakfast; 2 hours for lunch and dinner of up to 4 people; 2.5 hours for lunch and dinner of 5 people or more.

Claridge’s Bar reservations

Please be advised that you will have a seating time of 90 minutes in Claridge’s Bar.
